Refund and Return Policy

Thank you for shopping at PJ Global. We strive to provide high-quality warehouse and industrial equipment. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

1. Returns

You have 30 days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

2. Initiating a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at returns@pjglobal.net with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will provide you with instructions on how to return the item.

3. Return Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

For larger items, such as forklifts or racking systems, we can arrange for a pickup service. The cost of this service will be quoted and deducted from your refund.

4. Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

5. Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for the same item, contact us at returns@pjglobal.net. We will provide instructions on how to proceed with the exchange.

6. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are non-returnable, including:

  • Custom-made or special order items.
  • Items that have been used or damaged after delivery.
  • Items not in their original packaging.

7. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at returns@pjglobal.net with photos of the damage or defect. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.

8. Warranty

Many of our products come with a manufacturer’s warranty. Please refer to the product documentation for specific warranty information. If you have a warranty claim, please contact us at returns@pjglobal.net, and we will assist you in processing the claim.
